- Owns ERP batch releases to fulfillment center floor.
- Coordination of order issue resolution with cross functional teams.
- Provides departmental backup in the event in department absences
- Processes all necessary data for all shipments.
- Maintains schedules with required information for documentation purposes.
- Ensures all paperwork for shipments are completed properly within the procedure guidelines.
- Coordinates of shipments with internal and external customers.
- Support the team in hitting KPIs by identifying and communicating work-shift needs to Fulfillment Supervisor(s) that will enable service level commitments
- Motivates the team and ensures that work is assigned and openly communicates with team members.
- Works with supervisors and management team to ensure that goals and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain working knowledge of ERP Systems, Distribution Tools/Network, Shipping and Scheduling Tools
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred one year experience on Oracle or Other MRP System
- Preferred one year work experience in a production or warehouse environment
- To ensure success, utilizing various forms of communication not limited to phone, email, Microsoft Teams
- Excellent Communication skills with internal contacts within immediate job area
- Detail oriented, quick learner, extremely dedicated, and punctual
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (preferred)
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to work self-guided with some instruction
- Operation of powered industrial vehicle (fork truck)
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Description
The Warehouse Leader (Shipping Office) is primarily responsible for the daily coordination of orders routed to the Fulfillment Center. This will include daily management of processing, routing, tracking, and maintaining orders in multiple ERP systems. This individual may be responsible for records, selected reports, or serve as lead over one or more assigned areas of the Warehouse. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for weekly report outs to Fulfillment Center leadership ensuring all actionable items are executed in line with Regal Rexnord management policies and procedures. You must have the ability to problem-solving skills, comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Major Responsibilities:
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
This position is done in a Warehouse environment typically indoors but may require access to outdoors for work at times. This position requires the ability to drive a forklift: Reach Truck, Order Picker and/or Turret Truck. This position requires the ability to work at heights of 25 feet or more secured by a harness. The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand, bend and twist; see, hear, and talk; use fingers and hands, handle or feel controls or product; use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry product. Frequently lifting/moving up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. is required. This position also requires a person to handle different temperatures as the Warehouse is hot in the summer and cooler in the winter. This position may also require a person to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
