- Drive sales performance by managing, developing, and training the existing dealer network.
- Identify and pursue new dealer relationships, maximizing market expansion.
- Collaborate with Marvin Sales and Architectural teams to foster strong dealer partnerships.
- Engage with builders, architects, and interior designers to generate demand for TruStile's premium doors.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers to position TruStile as the preferred solution for interior doors.
- Ensure TruStile doors are integrated into holistic window and door solutions early in the sales process.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong record of achievement.
- Background in millwork, doors, windows, or building materials is preferred.
- Existing knowledge of and relationships with millwork dealers in the territory will be advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging and training small to medium-sized groups (up to 50 people).
- Excellent collaboration abilities across TruStile and Marvin sales teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
