PROJECT MANAGER
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Salary
LOCATION: Kapolei, HI
WAGE SCALE: $60,000-$65,000

RESPONSIBILITIES :
+ Managing roofing jobs and providing oversight of all phases of projects
+ This includes but is not limited to;
+ Direct interaction with General Contractors Project Managers and Superintendents
+ Processing submittals,
+ Utilizing current staff to coordinate workers, material and equipment
+ Ensuring that specifications are being followed and that work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
+ Developing and maintaining relationships with new and current customers.
+ Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
QUALIFICATIONS :
+ A 4-year college degree or related work experience
+ Requires good verbal and written communications skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees
+ Valid HI Drivers License
+ Willingness and aptitude to be taught the skills/knowledge of a Project Manager
