The Service Development I (SDV I) department within Central Service Development (CSD) is responsible for the solution design of complex and critical customer solutions, from requirements gathering to project proposals and implementation projects.

For this, SDV I works closely with projects, customers, and delivery units.

In addition, SDV I, together with the other service lines, is responsible for the consistent creation of solutions throughout the entire process at BWI.

Support of solution architecture in projects
