We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to strengthen our B2B online marketing team at Midland, AR. The position is available starting January /- 1-2 months) for a minimum of 2 years. The working hours will be approximately 15 hours per week, with a pay rate of €15-16 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Support and assist with our B2B online marketing efforts, including social media (especially LinkedIn and Instagram), Google Ads, creating marketing content, and managing and tracking website performance with Google Analytics
Specific tasks include: analyzing website performance with Google Analytics 4, maintaining and updating our website (using webflow), managing our various campaigns on social media channels (particularly LinkedIn and Instagram), tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower numbers, impressions, and engagement, preparing and publishing content for our social media channels (formatting and editing visual and written content), collaborating with design teams and your team lead to create marketing content, assisting with the preparation and distribution of our customer newsletter (using mailchimp), and helping with event organization and photography at FLUID events such as Christmas parties and company anniversaries.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and social media platforms, especially Instagram.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
High level of motivation, flexibility, and selfresponsibility.
