Shareholders include the Coburg Hospital Association, the districts of Lichtenfels, Sonneberg and Hildburghausen. With around 1,350 acute care beds, approximately 5,200 employees treat around 53,000 inpatients / 243,250 outpatients. The annual turnover is more than million euros.

In addition to 5 acute care hospitals at 6 locations, REGIOMED-KLINIKEN GmbH operates a rehabilitation clinic, medical care centers (MVZ) at 12 locations with a wide range of specialties, the ambulance service in the districts of Sonneberg and Hildburghausen, as well as 7 senior centers and 2 residential homes for people with mental health issues, a service company, and the Medical School or REGIOMED Academy for education and training in medicine and nursing.

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Ideally several years of experience in the field of human resources
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Commitment, teamwork and helpfulness
  • Initiative, quick comprehension and flexibility
