Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) at North Hills


BlitzRotary is the European headquarters of the Vehicle Service Group (VSG) - a strong, versatile and globally leading provider in the vehicle service industry.

Under the brands Blitz, Rotary, Butler, Ravaglioli and Space, products in the areas of lifting technology, compressed air technology, bodywork repair, welding technology and battery service are produced and marketed.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) with a focus on order scheduling at the earliest possible date.


Your tasks:

  • Management of national and international customer orders
  • Coordination and monitoring of all deadlines
  • Planning, organization and coordination of project orders between production, service department, business partners and customers, as well as team colleagues in inside and outside sales
  • Participation in sales fairs (once or twice a year)

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
  • Export knowledge is an advantage
  • Good foreign language skills, both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Service and customeroriented way of working
  • Teamoriented approach
