Key Account Sales Manager - Glasgow, United States - ZephyrTech
Description
The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand the needs of both new and existing customers in order to support their success using our equipment. This will involve developing effective communication with clients and internal team members to identify and address any issues that customers may encounter.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure the success of our customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their needs and goals
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis in the European market, gather and review customer and market information, and use this data to identify target markets
- Coordinate with product, after-sales, engineering, and other teams to meet customers' technical and business needs and continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales plans and take necessary measures to ensure sales targets are met
- Visit customers to identify potential growth opportunities within our platform
- Manage all reporting related to the status of customer accounts
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of previous experience in account management
- Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, and English is preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates with legal authorization to
