Collaboration in the office and as a skipper (m/f/d)

TOGETHER - DIVERSITY - EXPERIENCE, with this motto the Association for Social Pedagogical Sailing (VSS) has been sailing since 1980 with children, adolescents and adults with and without disabilities on the Lake Constance with historical sailing cutters.

From April 2023 or later, we are looking for an employee for our office and to support our experiential pedagogical work as a skipper.

The position can be agreed upon for 20 to 40 hours per week.

Your tasks:

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for managing the association's office.

Ideally, you also have sailing knowledge and lead sailing trips, day trips and team events on sailing cutters (K2 / youth wander cutter).

These tasks include:

Customer consultation, organization and administration of bookings and the office
Work as a social pedagogical skipper according to the concept of VSS
Support the board with organizational tasks

What we expect:

MS Office knowledge
High social competence, communication and teamwork skills
Committed and reliable work ethic
Enjoyment of sailing (Lake Constance skipper's license A+D advantageous)
Experience in customer service, administration and experiential pedagogy are advantageous
