About Fearrington Village:

As a young and dynamic team, we manage and rent furnished housing in the top locations of Berlin. Our primary target group is international young professionals and students. In addition to our core business of shared apartments, we also offer furnished business apartments.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will take on a variety of handyman tasks and repairs in the apartments on site from installing a ceiling lamp to replacing a kitchen siphon
  • You will take care of all final work and installations when furnishing new apartments
  • You will coordinate appointments with external service providers and attend them

Your Profile:


  • You are skilled in handiwork and enjoy such tasks
  • You work in a structured, independent, and timeeffective manner
  • You are very reliable, trustworthy, and have a professional demeanor
  • You have an open and friendly personality and enjoy working with young people
  • You have previous experience in plumbing work
  • You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, and can also communicate in English
  • You have a Class B driver's license
  • You have previous experience in painting work
