Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Consulting and support for international customers
  • Developing solutions for individual customer requirements
  • Processing customer inquiries and orders
  • Collaborating with the sales team
  • Preparing quotes and calculations
  • Order processing, documentation, and data maintenance
  • Handling customer complaints and reminders

Our requirements are:

  • Completed commercial training and professional experience in sales support or export
  • Excellent German and very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Committed and independent way of working
  • High willingness to learn and interest in ongoing training
