For our client, a renowned company in the chemical industry, we are currently seeking an Industrial Mechanic / Plant Fitter (m/f/d) for direct placement in Abbottstown, PA.

Your responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance, repair, and upkeep on production and building systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions
  • Fabricating components and spare parts for inhouse production
  • Managing spare parts inventory using computer systems
  • Assisting and overseeing the work of external contractors

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic, Fitter, or similar
  • Professional experience in maintenance and repair of production systems
  • Familiarity with mechanical seals and pneumatic equipment
  • Strong welding skills
  • Excellent technical understanding and manual dexterity
