Tasks

  • You will lead and manage a team in our central customer contact center. You are the contact person for your team members and the escalation point for our customers
  • You take care of the continuous development and process improvement of your team and their tools in coordination with other team leaders
  • You ensure written and telephone correspondence or support for our customers, provide general information and find solutions for specific questions
  • You are responsible for maintaining and further developing the service quality in the company
