Role

  • Lead and oversee change initiatives related to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in different regions, with a focus on achieving organizational goals and minimizing disruption.
  • Collaborate with the Global Change Management Lead and regional teams to integrate change management into project plans.
  • Coordinate with other change managers to align strategies and share and implement best practices.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training materials on SAP SuccessFactors to prepare employees for changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues related to change initiatives, and maintain good relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in global change management projects, preferably in IT/software implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading change
