Role

Lead and oversee change initiatives related to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in different regions, with a focus on achieving organizational goals and minimizing disruption.
Collaborate with the Global Change Management Lead and regional teams to integrate change management into project plans.
Coordinate with other change managers to align strategies and share and implement best practices.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Develop and deliver training materials on SAP SuccessFactors to prepare employees for changes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements.
Manage risks, resolve issues related to change initiatives, and maintain good relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in global change management projects, preferably in IT/software implementation.
Proven experience in leading change
