    **Description**

    Customer Service Assistant primary responsibilities include monitoring and directing inquires to appropriate individual and/or common email monitoring system. May greet individuals and direct them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; through telephone software. Handles the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. Enters Orders in ERP System. Supports Sales/Marketing Portal management as needed. Provides clerical support as needed.

    **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

    1

    Works throughout the day to triage email inquiries through the company email system and direct to Inside Sales, Customer Service or other functional organization within Dynatect.

    2

    Works in company ERP system to provide quote and order status when called upon.

    3

    Serves as Receptionist by attending to phone calls from customers, vendors, employees and/or general inquiries and responds to emails accordingly.

    4

    Keeps a presentable, safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    5. Assists in resolving product and service problem concerns between the customer and internal resource. 6

    Becomes knowledgeable on Dynatect products and divisions. Works with our International subsidiaries as required. 7. Contributes to the team by accomplishing related tasks as requested and needed. 8

    As needed, runs KPI's and other dashboard metrics to assist Sales Leadership.

    9

    May assist in quoting, order entry, returns and draw approval process as needed.

    10

    Actively supports and participates in meetings, strategic initiatives, group goals and continuous process improvement efforts.

    11.

    Manages all incoming and outgoing US postal mail and equipment, scanning company documents, monitor visitor logbook, issues visitor badges, etc.

    Miscellaneous other duties in department and company as assigned.

    **BASIC EDUCATION REQUIRED:**

    High School Diploma or GED

    **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:**

    Regular attendance is a requirement of this job.

    Data entry experience with an ERP or database system preferred; averages 50 WPM

    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Adherence to dead-lines critical.

    Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within the organization.

    Ability to multi-task, be analytical, detail oriented and maintain confidential information.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (not required); Internet, and other standard office equipment.

    Excellent telephone and active listening skills, phone etiquette specific to a receptionist

    Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrated through interaction via the telephone, electronically, and in person

    Ability to use telephone software to receive and redirect calls

    Ability to use mail equipment

    Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business growth. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.

    **BASIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Previous telephone or customer service experience preferred.

    Proven record of stable work history and good attendance.

    Accurate data entry skills; prior experience with ERP/MRP system preferred.

    Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite products (Word, Excel) to assist in developing and maintaining reports and data collection efforts
