Your tasks:
Leading your living area team and designing the service and vacation schedule
Ensuring individual basic and treatment care according to the residents' wishes
Paying attention to activating and mobilizing daily activities
Checking the proper documentation of the entire care process
Ensuring standards and quality of care
Providing professional support to residents and their families
What is expected of you
Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional in geriatric care or health care <
