Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive dining experience.

Duties:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
Seat guests and manage reservations efficiently
Provide menus and communicate any specials or promotions
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest relations scenarios
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
