    Warehouse Supervisor (Third Shift)

    **Warehouse** **Supervisor** **Overview**

    The Warehouse Supervisor will assist in management of day to day operations as they relate to maintaining and coordinating cross dock operations and ensure its processes are safe and efficient. This individual will be an essential part to the cornerstone of USTs growth and success that is built upon the expectation that EVERY team member will Execute Excellence Every time - simply known internally as E3.

    **Responsibilities**

    ***(include,*** ***but are not limited to)***

    Oversee accurate and efficient loading of all vehicles for the delivery of retail home products to the end consumer (last mile)

    Monitor and complete any scheduled reporting relating to the department

    Ensures staff is keeping up with safe and proper practices when handling product to ensure its always in good condition

    Continuous monitoring of applicable systems to ensure complete and accurate data

    Maintains a positive working relationship with all team members

    Continuous monitoring of staff performance to maintain USTs E3 standards

    Coordinate with the Operations Manager to utilize additional staff as needed for the department

    Responsible as the Acting Manager on duty when the Warehouse Manager is absent

    Requirements

    High School Diploma or equivalent education

    Previous experience in Warehouse or Distribution operations

    Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

    Effective written and verbal communication

    Valid Drivers License

    Knowledge of DOT regulations

    Flexible Schedule Must be able to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
