Responsibilities:

  • You will accompany a product from the initial idea through development and quality management to marketing and series production step by step.
  • In the development department, you will be closely involved and able to apply your ideas and theoretical knowledge directly in practice.
  • You will support in planning, conducting, and evaluating various tests for our products.
  • You will actively participate in the development of mechanical and mechatronic fittings and sliding door systems.
  • You will keep track of costs, quality standards, and project milestones.
  • You will support the further development of our series products while actively driving new developments with futureoriented technologies.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your (technical) high school diploma.
  • Your work style is structured and solutionoriented.
  • You have a passion for technical innovations and are full of ideas.
  • Your teamwork skills and handson mentality set you apart.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
