Your Responsibilities:

Sending mass mailings to suppliers
Maintenance of master data (lead time, packaging unit, contact person, return of goods, etc.) in the ERP system ProAlpha
Telephone communication with suppliers

Desired Qualifications:

Enrolled student (m/f/d)
Max. 20 hours/week more hours possible outside of semester breaks
Very good knowledge of German, additional foreign language skills are advantageous
Good knowledge of the Office package, knowledge of an ERP tool is a plus
Communicative, no fear of telephone communication, independent and conscientious work style
