- Manage the sales administration cycle. Ensure sales programs are in accordance with Gortons policies and procedures including pricing & promotions, merchandising and other customer programs and claims management.
- Identify and communicate issues, recommend solutions, and lead the resolution efforts in a proactive manner in partnership with Regional Managers and Brokers.
- Maintain a high level of initiative and resourcefulness in providing input to the trade planning and budget processes.
- Demonstrate ability to work well within the areas team, including with other Customer Finance Associates, Customer Marketing staff, Region Managers and Broker Personnel.
- Bachelors degree (preferably in a Business Administration related major)
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in a business environment
- Strong personal computer software skills in Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact extensively with all levels of internal and external contacts.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated initiative and a selfstarter
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment dealing with high volume and high visibility.
- Ability to travel on a limited basis
