    Description
    Century Group is partnering with a company located in West Hollywood, CA, who is seeking a Managing Tax Director. This role will be fully on-site, reporting to the CEO. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $200,000 per year.


    Job Description:
    Build, lead, and manage the tax team structureLead and execute best business practices for technologyLead all meetings with the Director of business management and BM teamsTrain tax team and the BM teams for prep and input of the returnsReview, oversight, and preparation of complex income tax returnsResponsible for compliance of all annual reports, franchise tax returns, and other state returnsPrepare invoices for tax services performed


    Requirements:
    Proficient use of QuickBooks, Excel, and other tax software and technologyActive CPA License


    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
