Job SummaryThe International Tax Director will manage the U.S.

compliance for our foreign operations consisting of approximately 600 foreign legal entities and will be involved in preparation and review of detailed analysis & calculations including foreign source income, foreign tax credit, K2/K3, Subpart F, GILTI; FDII calculations, etc.

and maintenance of adequate records associated with the U.S. taxation of foreign operations.
Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review the U.S. compliance for our foreign operations including Forms 5471, 8865, and 8858Calculate foreign source income, K2/K3, FDII, 163(j) limitation, Subpart F inclusion including GILTIManage administrative functions related to CorpTax InternationalMaintain adequate records associated with the US taxation of foreign operationsStay current on the US tax law development and perform tax research for compliance and transaction disclosure statementsResearch on withholding tax and associated treaty benefit applicability of foreign countriesUpdate documentation of foreign structure and monitor transaction flows to assure foreign structure is properly maintainedSuggest improvement possibilities for work process effectiveness and efficiencyAssist with country-by-country & Pillar 2 reportingAssist with foreign cash repatriations and tax planningQualifications/RequirementsMinimum 8-10 years tax experience in public accounting firms and/or large multi-national companies with 5-6 years in international taxBachelor's degreeProficient in Excel, MS OfficeWorking knowledge of SAP/Oracle
