    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
    Mapping processes and data flow while modeling and developing robotic automation.
    Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions.
    Provide highly scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs
    Ensure proper setup and utilization of automation monitoring to quickly identify potential issues
    Exhibits exceptional capabilities in rapid, yet effective problem resolution
    Design, develop, and evaluate potential automation projects from a business standpoint.
    Assist in the development of AI models and projects.
    Work with other machine learning engineers, data engineers, and AI engineers to develop machine learning models.
    Experienced in leveraging and developing APIs to create cross-functional workflow
    Support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted systems.
    Contribute to the design, development, and testing of RPA processes.
    Ensure software modules fall in line with coding standards and best practices.
    Participate in the evaluation and testing of hardware and software platform.
    Write technical guides for internal and external users.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems (functional / performance related)
    Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues.

    Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership.

    Two or more years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform/Logic Apps
    Data visualization skills using Power Bi or another BI package.

    Strong technical understanding of using RPA/AI and ability to write governance documents, technical white papers, and obtain consensus from various enterprise boards.

    Must have client engagement skills and ability to do system requirement gathering, mockup for demos, give brief and coordinate with the development team on implementation.

    Effective communication skills to gain feedback from employees about the implementation of new automation technologies.

    Preferred Skills/ Experience:
    Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow.
    Solid understanding of common programming languages used in AI, such as Python, Java, C++, or R
    Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
    Technically Proficient in both Windows and Linux server operating systems
    Experience with Workato, UIPath, Zapier is a plus.
    Technically skilled in RPA development (Automation Anywhere (AA), Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism, etc.)

    Education Requirements:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field

    Physical Requirements:
    Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
    Stand/Sit – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.

    Walk – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc.

    Use of hands/fingers to handle or feel – Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.

    Climbs stairs – May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria, and parking area.
    Carry Weight/Lift - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
