The IT system house currently has approximately 480 employees. In the past fiscal year, our revenue was 145 million euros. The foundation for a successful future has been laid.

Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring clients, hardware relocations (disassembly, assembly, cabling), warranty and standard repairs for desktops, laptops, and printers, troubleshooting and analyzing software and hardware issues, and resolving service calls in the client environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of common operating systems (Win7/Win8/Win10), hardware knowledge in the desktop and laptop area, basic knowledge of LAN and WLAN, and excellent written and spoken German and good English skills.

Reliability and teamwork are also important qualities.

We have a flexible working hours model that allows our employees to work between 7am and 7pm. Our core hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:30am-3:30pm and Friday from 9:30am-1:00pm.
