We are looking for a Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) for our store in Dietmannsried, who will support us in the professional management, organization and optimization of our sales team and sales areas.

In close cooperation with the team and store management, you will help to drive the expansion of our company and continuously develop the store.

What you can look forward to

You will take responsibility for the store and work closely with the team and store management
You will be responsible for personnel planning, vacation planning, market and trade fair scheduling
You will promote and develop the team and support them in customer consultation and sales
You will contribute to increasing sales by actively participating in product selection and product presentation
As part of your budget responsibility, you will drive the maintenance of the store building
