    Technical Skills:


    • Hands-on experience using Java and Python


    • Spring boot / Spring MVC experience, Kafka


    • Multithreading concepts and experience.


    • Integration experience using Web Methods & other industry leading tools, Dell Boomi.


    • Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain

    system solutions.


    • Migration Lifecycle from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions


    • Experience with SaaS solutions – integration, security, network, platform architecture


    • Migration from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions is a must


    • Experience working as hands-on technical lead:


    • Providing technical and functional solutions around WFC / Dimensions ecosystems.


    • Experience with SaaS solutions – integration, security, network, platform architecture.


    • Practical knowledge related to Business principles (Payroll, General Ledger, Accounting).


    • Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions (Attestation, Analytics,

    Accruals, Extensions etc.)


    • Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain

    system solutions.

    Certification Required:


    • Kronos WFC / Kronos Dimension

    Skill Rating (0-5)


    • Java, Spring boot / Spring MVC


    • Python


    • Kafka


    • Integration Web-Methods, Dell Boomi


    • Kronos, WFC (Work Force Central)


    • WFD (Work Force Dimensions)


    • Migration from WFC to Dimensions
