ensure effective communication, implementation of services and risk mitigation while providing
excellent service. Our Deposit Operations Specialist use professional interaction, accurate
processing, and creative problem-solving skills to ensure our customers only need one bank – First
Bank Texas.
Position Summary
Our Deposit Operations Specialist have a passion for building relationships, filling customer needs
and delivering excellent customer service.
You will provide great service and accurate processing, while adhering to established Bank
policies, procedures, and objectives. Performs any function, within scope of authority and
expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.
We strive for excellence in conducting needs-based conversations to identify solutions for
customers.
Duties And Responsibilities
Verifying Reclamations when received from the Government
Processing state and federal levies/garnishments per regulations
Item processing on all types of transactions
Provides support for Remote Deposit Service
Manage daily check adjustments in accordance with state and federal laws
Desired Qualifications
At least three (3) years' of banking experience
Experience in back end banking processing is preferred
Knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures in the financial services
industry
Strong problem-solving skills
