    Description

    Job Requirements:

    Associates degree in Construction Project Management or 5+ years of experience in an project manager/construction superintendent role.

    Proficiency in Microsoft office

    Computer literacy

    Job experience with a self-perform contractor is preferred

    Who We Are:

    Metal Building Industries operates in the structural steel and commercial pre-engineered metal building markets. We are a full-service specialty subcontractor, providing engineering & detailing, fabrication, and construction services.

    Who Were Looking For:

    The Project Manager must own the responsibilities identified below. Notably, they must possess a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is reserved for an individual who is self-motivated and consistently shows good decision-making, has strong communications skills, an eye for detail, and a desire to learn. This individual will operate under the leadership of the Construction Manager and should exhibit professional growth to gain capacity and responsibility as an employee.

    Responsibilities:

    Own all project information and coordination

    Using MBI processes and tools, manage the following in accordance with the Project requirements:

    o Contracts & change orders

    o Project scope

    o Safety program

    o Project budget

    o Pay apps & forecasts

    o Project schedule

    o Submittals & shop drawings

    o RFIs

    o Constructability reviews & planning

    o Subcontracts

    o Procurement & buyouts

    o Coordination with MBI design and manufacturing departments

    o Management of the construction & steel erection phase

    o Equipment

    o Othe project needs

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
