- As a pivotal member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you'll lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting detailed program timelines with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring flawless adherence through strategic risk management.
- Forecasting monthly revenue for key programs and coordinating with the New Product Introduction (NPI) department to align resources and expectations.
- Fostering a collaborative environment across departments, promoting a "one team" mindset to smoothly navigate and resolve challenges.
- Regularly updating our executive team on program progress and maintaining open, effective communication channels.
- Mentoring junior program managers, guiding their growth and development with your expertise and insights.
- You are a seasoned leader with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or you bring at least six years of equivalent experience. Your background includes:
- A minimum of five years spearheading product development and successful market launches.
- A robust understanding of the Product Development Process (PDP) and a proven track record of leading new product introductions.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, with adept skills in managing interpersonal relationships and de-escalating conflicts.
- An influential leadership style, capable of guiding teams without direct authority.
- Strong flexibility to coordinate with global teams, adapting to various needs and schedules.
