RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Prepare detailed business requirements for projects related to product development, regulatory updates, new products, operational efficiencies, etc.
  • Provide project management for large scope size projects (for example new regulations, new products, new tools) by facilitating project status meetings, developing project plans, managing stakeholder expectations, tracking and managing of outstanding issues, and reporting and communication of project status.
  • Facilitate initial meetings with project requester and key stakeholders to define and document the highlevel features and requirements that can used to validate the project's expected benefits and to size the effort required for development.
  • Provide feedback, suggestions, and assist with decision making on projects, as well as assist and provide direction and advice to other team members, as necessary.
  • May have dotted line management responsibility and used as a Mentor/ Lead for new project managers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:


  • 12+ Years of Directly Related Experience
  • Strong experience/knowledge in 401k industry
  • Master's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience
  • ASPPA QKA designation
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills
