    The Opportunity:

    As an Sales Development Rep at Sameday, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding our client base. You'll manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, equipped with our powerful AI tools designed for the home service industry. Collaborating with team leads and marketing, you will play a crucial role in meeting monthly revenue targets and shaping the future of service-based businesses in your territory.

    Account Executives at Sameday are pivotal in redefining client interactions in the home service sector. You will simplify communication for your customers, enabling them to focus on what they do best - providing outstanding home services.

    What You'll Do:

    • Acquire new business in the SMB and Mid-Market segments through solution-based selling.
    • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with support from marketing and sales development teams.
    • Generate qualified leads in collaboration with your AE.
    • Engage in proactive self-sourcing through daily outbound calls and emails.
    • Surpass your monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking in Hubspot.
    • Attend trade shows all around the US and potentially the world.

    What You'll Bring:

    • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity tech-sales environment.
    • Track record of selling to SMBs, with extra credit for experience in home service industries.
    • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and market expansion.
    • Proficiency in navigating fast-paced sales cycles.
    • History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

    Compensation:

    Salary varies based on experience from $45k to $55k per year, plus commissions with an FTE up to $80k per year.
