- Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution: Develop and execute cohesive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, crafting effective messaging across diverse channels to showcase expertise in microbiology.
- Content Creation and Thought Leadership: Create customer-facing materials and thought leadership content to position the brand as an industry authority, collaborating with internal teams to develop sales training and educational assets.
- Budget Management, Reporting, and Market Analysis: Manage marketing campaign budgets and prepare regular reports on performance metrics, while conducting market analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and industry trends.
- Event Participation and Growth Initiatives: Attend conferences to gather market research and represent the brand, driving product and service roadmap for segments, supporting key initiatives, and identifying potential growth opportunities.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in microbiology or related life science degree and 8 years' experience, or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree or PhD preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns with a focus on product marketing, preferably in the life sciences or microbiology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel to attend conferences and tradeshows as needed.
