    Description
    The

    Technical Consultant


    is part of our success story and supports directly on the client's side to create a perfect start with the Vistex-solutions for them.

    In this role you represent Vistex and assure the clients not only with wide, specialized knowledge but also with communication skills and service orientation.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Implementation of SAP add on technologies (solution extensions) on projects in the Brazil / Latin America region
    Provide on-site / off-site (if approved) consulting services to Vistex customers implementing the Vistex Solutions
    Develop and maintain in-depth technical product functionality and operation knowledge of Vistex Agribusiness product
    Be a trusted advisor for customers and provide best practice guidance
    Business/industry expertise in the Agricultural sector, including specifics localizations countries aspects (Brazil is mandatory)
    Lead and execute full project deliverables such as technical documents, specifications, and testing support
    Understand upstream/downstream process impacts (master data, planning, costing, etc.)
    Collaborate with offshore teams (internal and external)

    Qualifications

    Education

    Required

    Bachelors or better in Other or related field.
    Experience

    Required

    Intermediate to advanced English

    5 years:

    5 years:

    5+ years of hands-on ABAP experience

    Strong knowledge on key aspects of ABAP like OOP, Dialog Programming, Enhancement Framework - BADI, Implicit and Explicit Enhancements, Userexits, Data Dictionary, BAPI, RFC, ALV programming, Smartforms/ Adobe Forms, Macros and subroutines, dialog programming, and control framework.

    Advanced Excel a must
    Preferred

    SAP Hana, modelling and CDS views knowledge is a plus
    SAP FIORI is a plus
    Knowledge of SD pricing, OTC, LIS, and general SD configuration is a plus
    Willingness to work longer hours to meet critical deadlines as needed
    Willing and committed to learning Vistex solutions for long term association as a full time employee/ associate
