We are in search of a proactive Maintenance Assistant who is a dedicated team player with a keen eye for detail.     In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors, working closely under the guidance of the Maintenance Director. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including electrical and plumbing work, minor construction projects, appliance installations, drywall repair and painting, and occasionally lending a hand with housekeeping duties when needed. You will also play a crucial role in liaising with external service providers to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and effective prioritization are key traits we are looking for in the ideal candidate.

    We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of maintenance experience. Prior experience working with seniors and coordinating with state and local agencies for inspections would be considered a valuable asset.
