Position Responsibilities:

Embody the company standard as a highquality care provider.
Demonstrate strong leadership.
Supervisor, coordinate, and perform the activities of the Maintenance Department.
Ensure the facility is maintained in good repair.
Assists other departments as requested, including moving furniture, unloading and storing supplies etc.
Oversees disaster drill program in accordance with community and state regulations.
Ensure facility and all systems are in compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local building codes.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Adhere to the budget guidelines for the department.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
High School diploma.

Qualifications/Skills:

Five years in a commercial establishment with knowledge of maintenance procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills, problemsolving abilities and time management skills.
