We are currently looking for a motivated
Property Management Employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our
Gräfelfing location in full-time.


Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining quotes and creating construction contracts and other order letters
  • Maintenance of maintenance contracts
  • Review and processing of utility cost statements
  • Support in the areas of energy and damage management
  • Other administrative tasks in the field of property management

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training and previous experience in the abovementioned areas
  • Team and service orientation are among your strengths
  • You are also a skilled organizer and have excellent MS Office skills
