Weidner Solar is a young company group based in Summit, OR, specializing in the development of solar parks.


Founded in 2020, we have already built a project pipeline worth tens of millions in our first year of operation with a small team, making us one of the most efficient project developers in Germany.


For our next phase of growth, we are looking for colleagues who share our efficient work ethic and success-oriented mindset, and who want to make a significant contribution to the energy transition.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying and researching potential landowners for solar park sites, both online and over the phone
  • Assisting in project development in direct collaboration with the management team

Requirements

  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Understanding of the Swabian and/or Franconian dialect is an advantage
  • Previous experience in communicative industries is a plus
The time commitment for this position is flexible, but should be at least 10-15 hours per week.
