Your responsibilities with us:

  • Calculating and preparing offers for rental bus transportation and bus logistics
  • Receiving, recording, and checking inquiries and rental bus orders
  • Assigning orders and communicating with our nationwide cooperation partners
  • Order processing and controlling
  • Ensuring proper execution of services and quality control for subcontractors
  • Commercial processing, including checking and approving invoices, sending relevant documents, tour schedules, and passenger lists
  • Liaising with internal departments and project work

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial or tourism education
  • You have gained initial experience in designing and organizing tourism offers
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • You are characterized by strong organizational skills, communication
