Job description:

You care for the residents of our home in accordance with the joint care and support planning and the standards of the organization and the home. This applies in particular to treatmentrelated care services.
You conduct nursing visits and participate in interdisciplinary case discussions.
You maintain timely and comprehensible nursing documentation.
