    AREA MANAGER (Automotive Quality Industry) - Chicago, IL and surrounding areas

    *MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITHIN 60 MILES OF CHICAGO ASSEMBLY PLANT

    Day Shift - Direct Hire

    Pay Rate: up to $25.00 per hour depending on proven work history

    Miscellaneous Information about the AREA MANAGER (Automotive Quality Industry) :
    • You may be required to travel to companies within a 100 mile radius of Chicago, IL
    • You may be required to work alongside your employees as well as be the supervisor.
    • Manage and monitor work performance of employees doing containment, inspection or production work.
    • Process all necessary paperwork required of the company and its clients.
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS OF THE AREA MANAGER (Automotive Quality Industry) :
    • High School diploma required
    • Completion of college coursework or related experience required
    • Previous automotive manufacturing experience (5 yrs.) required
    • Previous management/supervision experience required
    • Management and scheduling of multi-shift operations required
    • Knowledge of Safe Launch (GP-12) operations and procedures
    • High attention to detail and organization
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Must be willing to work flexible schedule (off-shifts and weekends as needed)
    • Must be willing to be subjected to background test and drug screen
    A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
