    Job Description

    This is a client-facing role that supports one or more senior relationship managers in addition to general operational responsibilities. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure a seamless and integrated service experience for the ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients of Ascent. Coordinates tactical action items for entire Ascent model and delivery of client engagements and onboarding. Ensures responsive, accurate and proactive customer service. Requires the ability to direct, guide, and manage workflow for each client team, including follow-up to ensure completion of outstanding client requests. Helps identify sales opportunities with existing clients. Provides sales support for one or more senior relationship managers. Creates and maintains excellent professional relationships with all key partners and team members. Helps plan client meetings and other events and coordinate the activities in the office generally. Works within an Ascent regional office team.

    Basic Qualifications
    - Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
    - Typically eight or more years of financial services experience with five or more years working specifically with UHNW clients

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    - Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
    - Working knowledge of Ascent's service offerings including investment management, private banking, wealth strategy and fiduciary services
    - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
    - Strong client-facing skills
    - Effective interpersonal, written communication and verbal presentation skills
    - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $114, $134, $147,950.00
