    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Safely unpack and organize returned products by product lines.
    Investigate customer complaints regarding blood glucose meters, strips, and sensors with thoroughness and attention to detail.
    Document all complaint investigations accurately in the Complaint Handling System.
    Utilize troubleshooting equipment like multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and microscopes for detailed analysis.
    Collaborate with team members to share findings and potential solutions.
    Follow written work instructions and SOPs diligently.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
    Maintain focus and attention to detail during investigations.


    Requirements:
    Basic computer skills to navigate Internet programs and basic Excel proficiency.
    Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
    Experience in the Medical Device/Biotech Industry preferred.
    Knowledge of Electronic Troubleshooting preferred.
    Fast learner with the ability to follow written work instructions and SOPs.
    Strong documentation skills.
    Good computer skills, including data entry of investigation results.
    Ideal for candidates with Manufacturing, Inspection, and Assembly experience.

    Minimum education requirement:
    High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
    An Associate's (Two-year) degree in Electrical Engineering or other Science preferred.
    Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related subjects will be considered.
