    Join Our Team as a Project Manager / Task Lead at ThinkTek LLC

    About ThinkTek LLC: ThinkTek LLC is a rapidly growing company certified as a SBA 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our focus is on providing top-notch management and technology consulting services to aid the business and technology modernization initiatives of the Federal Government. ThinkTek is dedicated to offering customized solutions in Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.

    Position Overview: We are currently in need of a dedicated Task Lead to contribute to a project in collaboration with the IRS.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of 2-3 individuals effectively.
    • Provide updates to the Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager regarding the IRS portfolio.
    • Offer valuable insights independently and provide feedback to the training team on various training and data collection activities.
    • Manage time efficiently as weekly training sessions will be conducted along with the creation of training materials.
    • Coordinate training sessions and deliver reports on task progress to the client periodically.

    Requirements:

    • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as public policy, international relations, or business.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Having a PMP certification is a plus.
