We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist with a deep understanding of overall solutions and strategies. With these tasks, you will support our team:

You will create detailed reports on technical support requests
You will be the first point of contact for computer and system problems
You will assist in creating training materials
You will manage warranty documents and instructions
You will maintain a work log for system updates
You will analyze and diagnose hardware problems
You will be responsible for resolving network interruptions
You will install and configure computer systems

What you bring to the table:

Desired degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Good knowledge of Windows and Mac
Knowledge of Linux is desirable
Experience in rebuilding Macs and Windows, as well as basic troubleshooting in Windows and Mac
Knowledge of troubleshooting audio-video devices
Experience in hosting virtual meetings
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form are
