Your tasks:

Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the current team of five
Design of tools and equipment and ensuring technical feasibility, quality, cost and deadline compliance for all projects
Production and technology planning for manufacturing processes, as well as introduction of new products to series production in close cooperation with the development department
Management and coordination of industrialization projects, interface coordination and deadline monitoring, as well as creation of necessary project documentation
Optimization of manufacturing processes, preparation of manufacturability analyses and collaboration in K&P-FMEAs
Definition of industrialization processes and best practices and management of internal knowledge transfer
Responsibility for change management and coordination with all internal interfaces, as well as development partners and suppliers for manufacturing equipment and forming tools

What you bring:

Completed degree in engineering with a focus on mechatronics, mechanical engineering or production technology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the field of industrialization, technical planning or design
First leadership experience
Experience in project management and interface coordination
Good English and IT skills (MS Office, SAP); preferably knowledge of ProEngineer
Organizational talent, assertiveness, as well as good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel for business trips
