We are currently looking for a

Deputy Head of Nursing (m/f/d)

What you will do

Nursing and organizational responsibility for the nursing team
Personnel management and development, team development and efficient personnel deployment planning
Participation in the design and further development of process organization in collaboration with the department head
Active participation in the development of concepts for interdisciplinary medical and nursing collaboration

What sets you apart

Completed training as a health and nursing professional, nursing specialist or similar
First leadership experience as a shift leader, ward manager, successfully completed studies in nursing management or nursing science, or other suitable qualifications as a manager are desirable
High professional, methodological and social competence
Organizational skills, creativity and initiative
Responsibility and ability to actively
