The Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) is a scientific and technical federal authority based in Berlin. Your responsibilities:
  • Professional and personnel management of the department 2.2 "Process Simulation" and leading and motivating a qualified team of employees
  • Initiating research and development work in the field of process simulation and optimizing process engineering plants according to BAM's guidelines
  • Providing impetus and actively seeking third-party funded research projects at national and international level
  • Designing topics for young scientists and supervising them in the context of your research
