    Description

    Our client is an information technology services company that provides not only IT support, but consulting, managed IT services, and cybersecurity. They offer their services throughout the tri-state region and beyond. They are looking for a Customer Service Engineer who will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to our products or services. This is an onsite position based in Stamford, CT.

    Customer Service Engineers Responsibilities and Duties

    • timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, or network-related issues and provide solutions or workarounds to resolve them.
    • customers with the installation, setup, and configuration of our products or systems. Provide guidance and training on product features, functionality, and best practices to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
    • repairs, upgrades, or maintenance services on customer equipment or systems as needed. Coordinate with internal teams or third-party vendors to facilitate repairs or replacements, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
    • training sessions or workshops for customers on product usage, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive maintenance procedures. Empower customers to resolve common issues independently and optimize the performance of their systems.

    Customer Service Engineers Qualifications and Skills

    • degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
    • of 2 years of experience in technical support, field service engineering, or a similar role.
    • technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
    • with a variety of operating systems, software applications, and diagnostic tools.
