Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Sales Planning:


  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals for commercial onsite support solutions.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their requirements and tailor support solutions accordingly.
  • Articulate the benefits of managed services to potential clients.
  • Tailor solutions based on their unique needs.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Enhance the user/client experience by meeting and exceeding their demands.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with A-V Services management teams to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:


Sales Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and close deals.


Education:

A relevant degree such as Business, School of Arts and Sciences, Education and Social Policy, Engineering and Computational Sciences is preferred.


Experience:

Minimum 5 years of operations experience.

From $97,438.00 per year
